We have some big plans in store for the near future. We're adding many new positions at three different locations(York, Williamsport, and Chambersburg) in order to help us achieve our goals. These new positions include Marketing Manger, Market Expansion Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager, and Online Sales Manager. We are also looking to hire for other positions including Service Technician, Field Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Front End Developer and Back End Developer.
Sales, including inside, outside, and online will focus on providing exceptional customer service through calls, visits, and online communications. Some of the positions will also work closely with the marketing department to create campaigns to promote products and services.
Marketing Manager will be responsible for conducting market research for existing and new products, monitoring the industries best practices, as well as developing marketing plans for existing and new products.
The Market Expansion Manager will be responsible for researching and understanding current market conditions so that they can recommend business strategies that will greatly affect the growth of the business.
Service positions include Service Manager, Service Supervisor, and Service Technician. Service Managers and Supervisors will be responsible for managing the service department, monitoring and reporting job progress, responding to customer emergency situations, installing new equipment, inspecting and repairing existing equipment along with other duties.
Service Technicians will be responsible for providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, performing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance, diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions as well as other duties.
